Warranty Repair Procedure

– All warranty repairs must be carried out at DogWatch Inc.
– A completed Product Repair Form must accompany the product being sent for repair.
– The owner is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product to DogWatch Inc.
– If the repair is covered by warranty, DogWatch Inc. will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to the owner via ground service. If expedited return shipping is desired, the additional cost will be the owner’s responsibility.
– If the repair is not covered by warranty, all shipping costs, both to and from DogWatch Inc., are the owner’s responsibility.
– Credit card information must be provided before any repair work begins.
– When sending a unit for repair, please include a description of the issue, along with your name, address, daytime phone number, and email address.
